Foxpost acquires peer Webox Hungary

Automated parcel terminal operator, Foxpost, has acquired 100% of Hungarian peer Webox Hungary, Foxpost announced yesterday, without disclosing the transaction price, according to reports.

After the deal has been finalized, the number of Foxpost terminals will rise by 80 to 142. 

Webox Hungary created revenues of just under HUF 17 million last year, while Foxpostʼs revenue also reached almost HUF 17 mln, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
