The investment, which is expected to boost revenue by 20%, from HUF 6.2 billion last year to HUF 7-7.5 bln in 2017, is being supported with a HUF 427 mln European Union grant.

Organizational director Imre Nagy told MTI that the company expected to raise headcount by 20-40 from around 220 at present as a result of the expansion. He added that production is at nearly 100% capacity.

The company became a direct supplier to the Volkswagen group in 2014 and it has long-term contracts with a number of other big industry players, MTI said.
