ELMŰ, ÉMÁSZ make dividend recommendation

The management boards of regional electricity distributors ELMŰ and ÉMÁSZ, both majority-owned by Germanyʼs RWE-EnBW, both made dividend recommendations to shareholders yesterday while calling annual general meetings for April 19.

With a net profit of HUF 2.3 billion and retained earnings of HUF 4.98 bln, ELMŰ is planning to pay HUF 7.29 bln in dividends to shareholders at HUF 1,200 per share. 

ÉMÁSZ will pay HUF 3.35 bln in dividends out of its HUF 4.99 bln net profit. The management board is proposing a HUF 1,100 per share dividend.
