Eckerle Automotive to expand capacity in Hungary through €1.2 mln investment

Eckerle Automotiv, an electronic and plastic machine parts manufacturer, is planning to invest €1.2 million at its Hungarian plant in Bóly to expand production capacity, the company announced yesterday, according to reports.
The investment through which the company is buying 60 injection moulding machines is expected to create 180 new jobs at the pant, Hungarian news agency MTI reported. The investment is part of an international corporate restructuring of parent Eckerle Gruppe.
Eckerle Automotive Bóly had HUF 7.44 billion in revenue and HUF 74 million net income in 2014, MTI reported.
