Danubius shareholders vote to pay no dividend

Shareholders of Danubius Hotels decided at an annual general meeting yesterday that the company would pay no dividend on last yearʼs earnings, according to Hungarian news agency MTI.
Danubius Hotels had net profit of HUF 3.73 bln last year, according to Hungarian Accounting Standards. "The board finds it best to continue retaining its cash within the company and using it for the improvement of the quality of its network," the dividend proposal published earlier stated.
