Dalkia next to sign gov't cooperation pact

French energy group Dalkia Energia Zrt is set to be the 18th company to sign a strategic cooperation agreement with the Hungarian government Friday.

The deal will be concluded by company chief executive Gérard Bourland and state secretary in charge of foreign trade relations Péter Szijjártó. Dalkia produces heat and electricity, employs 600 people and had HUF 1.59 billion in profits last year on revenues of HUF 42.1 billion. The government said it is aiming to sign special deals with some 40 international investors.
