Retail sales in Cyprus decreased 9% month-on-month in February, preliminary data from the Statistical Service in Nicosia showed Thursday. This followed a 27.3% decrease in sales volume in January. Final data for January showed that sales were down 5.8% compared to last year. In terms of value, retail sales fell 7.5% month-on-month in February following 27% slump in January.
