CIG Pannónia profit falls to HUF 2.1 bln in 2018

After-tax profit of CIG Pannónia Life Insurance fell 19% to HUF 2.1 billion in 2018, an earnings report released early Tuesday shows, state news wire MTI reported.
Gross written premiums dropped 4% to HUF 25.8 billion.
Earnings per share came to about HUF 25 for the period.
CIG Pannónia noted in the report that its board decided in November to propose paying out all after-tax profit as dividend, "if the solvency and liquidity situation allows."
