The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Friday trade up 0.95% at 17,311.50.
BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Friday’s opening bell:
OTP Bank was up 1.86% at HUF 3,239;
Oil and gas company MOL was up 1.40% at HUF 18,150;
Magyar Telekom and Drug company Richter were both unchanged, at HUF 517 and HUF 33,900, respectively, at Friday’s opening bell.
On Thursday, the BUX closed down 2.76% to 17,148.48 on a turnover of HUF 14.2bn.
