BUX opens up 0.5%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Tuesday trade up 0.46% at 16,745.49.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Tuesday’s opening bell:

OTP Bank was up 1.38% at HUF 3,150;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.48% at HUF 16,850;

Magyar Telekom was unchanged at HUF 506;

Drug company Richter was down 0.29% at HUF 35,795.

On Monday, the BUX closed up 3.48% to 16,668.12 on a turnover of HUF 15.65bn.
