BUX opens up 0.4%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Friday trade up 0.39% at 17,096.12.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Friday’s opening bell:

Drug company Richter was up 1.10% at HUF 35,900;

Magyar Telekom was up 0.78% at HUF 520;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.18% at HUF 17,055;

OTP Bank was unchanged at HUF 3,287.

On Thursday, the BUX closed up 1.62% to 17,030.52 on a turnover of HUF 12.99bn.
