BUX opens up 0.4%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Thursday trade up 0.39% at 18,733.70.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Thursday’s opening bell:

OTP Bank was up 1.48% at HUF 3,897;

Drug company Richter was up 0.08% at HUF 36,050;

Magyar Telekom was unchanged at HUF 550;

Oil and gas company MOL was down 0.03% at HUF 18,855.

On Wednesday, the BUX lost 1% to 18,660.85 on a turnover of HUF 11.02bn.
