BUX opens up 0.26%

The Budapest Stock Exchange's blue-chip BUX index opened Thursday trade up 0.26% at 20,580.42.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Thursday's opening bell:

OTP Bank was up 1.67% at HUF 4,930;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.03% at HUF 19,385;

Drug company Richter was down 1.12% at HUF 36,780;

Magyar Telekom was down 0.19% at HUF 535.

On Wednesday, the BUX down 1.36% to 20,527.30 on a heavy composite exchange turnover of HUF 30.9 billion, the BSE's highest intra-session trade since April 7.
