The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Thursday trade up 0.09% at 17,224.36.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Thursday’s opening bell:

Magyar Telekom was up 0.59% at HUF 510;

OTP Bank was up 0.40% at HUF 3,291;

Drug company Richter was up 0.27% at HUF 33,450;

Oil and gas company MOL was down 0.42% at HUF 17,875.

On Wednesday, the BUX down 0.94% to 17,209.27 on a turnover of HUF 14.8bn.
