BUX opens slightly lower

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Wednesday trade down 0.06% at 17,058.52.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Wednesday’s opening bell:

Oil and gas company MOL was down 0.49% at HUF 17,315;

OTP Bank was up 0.22% at HUF 3,227;

Magyar Telekom was up 0.19% at HUF 516;

Drug company Richter did not report at Wednesday’s opening bell.

On Tuesday, the BUX closed up 2.40% on a turnover of HUF 16.59bn.
