BUX opens down 0.8%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Friday trade down 0.81% at 16,754.39.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Friday’s opening bell:

OTP Bank was down 2.34% at HUF 3,003;

Drug company Richter was down 0.87% at HUF 34,000;

Magyar Telekom was down 0.19% at HUF 515;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.09% at HUF 17,515.

On Thursday, the BUX closed down 1.85% to 16,890.66 on a turnover of HUF 17.3bn.
