BUX opens down 0.75%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Tuesday trade down 0.75% at 17,387.31.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Tuesday’s opening bell:

Oil and gas company MOL was down 1.37% at HUF 18,000;

Drug company Richter was down 0.79% at HUF 35,015;

Magyar Telekom was down 0.58% at HUF 512;

OTP Bank was down 0.24% at HUF 3,315.

On Monday, the BUX closed up 2.68% to 17,519.07 on a turnover of HUF 13.22bn.
