BUX opens down 0.4%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Thursday trade down 0.44% at 16,501.59.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Thursday’s opening bell:

Drug company Richter was down 1.21% at HUF 35,825;

OTP Bank was down 0.49% at HUF 3,020;

Oil and gas company MOL was down 0.30% at HUF 16,750;

Magyar Telekom was up 0.20% at HUF 493.

On Wednesday, the BUX lost 2.44% to +16,574.58 on a turnover of HUF 19.04bn.
