BUX opens down 0.22%

The Budapest Stock Exchange's blue-chip BUX index opened Wednesday trade down 0.22% at 16,974.74.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Wednesday's opening bell:

Oil and gas company MOL was down 0.84% at HUF 16,610;

OTP Bank and Drug company Richter were unchanged, at HUF 3,300 and HUF 34,300, respectively;

Magyar Telekom was up 0.39% at HUF 518.

On Tuesday, the BUX closed up 1.17% to 17,012.74 on a turnover of HUF 12.2bn.
