BUX opens down 0.2%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Monday trade down 0.17% at 18,819.32.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Monday’s opening bell:

Drug company Richter was down 1.14% at HUF 36,580;

OTP Bank was down 0.03% at HUF 3,815;

Magyar Telekom was unchanged at HUF 36,850;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.13% at HUF 19,225.

On Friday, the BUX finished up 1.90% to a five-and-a-half-month closing high of 18,850.62 on a turnover of HUF 26.85bn.
