BUX opens down 0.03%

The Budapest Stock Exchange’s blue-chip BUX index opened Wednesday trade down 0.03% at 16,551.72.

BSE blue-chips stood as follows at Wednesday’s opening bell:

OTP Bank was down 0.87% at HUF 2,860;

Magyar Telekom was up 0.60% at HUF 503;

Oil and gas company MOL was up 0.44% at HUF 16,975;

Drug company Richter did not report at Wednesday’s open.

On Tuesday, the BUX closed up 0.63% to 16,556.94 on a turnover of HUF 13.5bn.
