BUX loses 0.30% in quiet trading

The Budapest Stock Exchangeʼs main BUX index finished Mondayʼs session down 0.30% at 22,312.20.

OTP Bank was the sessionʼs biggest loser, falling 0.88% to HUF 5,650 on turnover of HUF 2.5 bln, a little less than half of the HUF 5.7 bln session total.

Oil and gas company MOL dropped 0.10% to HUF 14,700 on turnover of HUF 1.9 bln.

Drugmaker Richter slipped 0.61% to HUF 4,572 on turnover of HUF 0.8 bln.

Magyar Telekom gained 1.20% to HUF 421 on turnover of HUF 0.2 bln.

Elsewhere in the region, Warsawʼs WIG20 edged down 0.03% and the Prague PX gained 0.61%.

Western Europeʼs biggest indices were mixed late in the day: Londonʼs FTSE 100 was down 0.18%, Germanyʼs DAX gained 0.45% and the CAC 40 in Paris rose 0.59%.
