ANY shareholders agree to HUF 73-per-share dividend
Shareholders of security printing company ANY approved a proposal to pay a HUF 73-per-share dividend on 2014 earnings at an annual general meeting yesterday, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
The shareholders voted to pay the HUF 1.08 bln dividend from last yearʼs after-tax profit in the amount of HUF 989 mln topped up with HUF 91 mln from retained earnings.
