Alteo acquires Sinergy from RWE-EnBW-owned peers
Hungarian energy services provider Alteo yesterday said it had acquired Sinergy from the local units of Germanyʼs RWE-EnBW for an undisclosed price, MTI news agency reported.
The acquisition gives Alteo 100% of nine project companies and partial stakes in two others owned by Sinergy. The transaction was made public by Alteo last December.
Alteo broke even on revenue of HUF 6.2 bln last year according to public records, while Sinergy booked a moderate loss on sales of HUF 4.2 bln.
