Alföldi Tej, government sign strategic partnership
The Hungarian government and Hungary’s dairy company Alföldi Tej today signed a strategic cooperation agreement, the 60th such agreement the government has signed, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
Strategic agreements with government imply government support for private firms. The firms with strategic agreements seem to be front-runners for European Union funding that is administered by the government.
Alföldi Tej has made investments of HUF 6 bln over the past ten years, MTI said, adding that the company accounts for 26% of Hungaryʼs milk output.
