4iG profits drop with costs outpacing revenue

Hungarian software company 4iG's net profit dropped by 48%, down to HUF 257 mln, last year as costs rose faster than revenue, an earnings report published late yesterday shows. 

4iG's revenue climbed by 16% to HUF 13.6 bln, but direct cost of sales rose almost by 24% to HUF 9.2 bln. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization was down 27% to HUF 562 mln. Earnings per share came to HUF 137.
