100 richest Hungarians are worth HUF 2.6 trillion
The countryʼs 100 richest individuals have a combined wealth of HUF 2.6 trillion, HUF 160 bln more than last year, according to research conducted by online business portal napi.hu.
The least affluent on the list has a personal wealth of HUF 6 bln – HUF 700 mln more than last year and HUF 1 bln more than two years ago.
The survey concluded that whether or not one has a lucrative government contract is still a key factor; as such, some changes in the ranking have taken place since last year.
