T-Trans Főép eyes HUF 1.3 bln investment

Hungarian construction and shipping company T-Trans Főép will soon begin the building of a HUF 1.3 bln logistics center in Szekszárd, southern Hungary, with the help of a HUF 500 mln EU grant, managing director Csaba Tóth said yesterday.

The construction is scheduled to be completed by October, the CEO said, adding that the two warehouses with a combined area of 7,500 sqm will store construction chemicals and food industrial products and will employ 15 people.

The buildings will be equipped with a 100 kWh solar panel system and heat pumps, Tóth said. T-Trans Főép had 25 employees and net revenue of HUF 3 bln in 2014, Hungarian news agency MTI said.
