Hungarian, Chinese universities sign cooperation agreement
Hungaryʼs National Public Services University and Chinaʼs Peopleʼs Liberation Army National Defense University on Friday signed a cooperation agreement under which the two institutions will exchange students, lecturers and researchers over the coming years, Brigadier-General József Padányi told Hungarian news agency MTI in Beijing.
Brigadier-General Padányi, vice-rector of the Hungarian university, said the cooperation will enable students and lecturers from the two universities to conduct joint research programs in areas such as cyber security or climate change.
The ongoing reform of Chinaʼs military will most likely impact certain fields of the countryʼs education system, “and Hungary has plenty of experience to help out our partners in this area,” Padányi said.
