Budapest among top 250 attractive startup locations

This year, the Global Startup Ecosystem Report, which compares more than 250 attractive startup locations worldwide, will include the Hungarian capital in its ranking for the first time, writes origo.hu.
The benchmark report says it is an important result that almost HUF 27 billion of early investment has been made in local startups in recent years.
Budapest has been at the forefront of emerging ecosystems in terms of financing. The report also highlights active state involvement and available expertise as values worth preserving.
