The press release noted that the electronic notebook helps career starters and re-starters by presenting details about the labor market specific to their industry.

The first publication was issued in 2007. The current revised edition offers updated chapters with the additional feature of providing guidance on how to turn an idea into a business solution in order to attract investors.
