Labornite fined on charges of misleading advertising
Hungary's Competition Office (GVH) today fined Labornite Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató HUF 1.5 mln on charges of misleading advertising.
According to the Competition Office, Labornite made unsubstantiated health claims in advertisements for its Qlarivia low-deuterium drinking water for almost a year and a half.
