Hungary mobile number porting period cut to two days
Hungary's National Media and Communications Authority (NMHH) has reduced the porting period for mobile telephone numbers of clients switching service providers from eight to two workdays, a decree published in the latest issue of the official gazette Magyar Közlony shows.
The decree stipulates that the porting period in complicated circumstances, such as for client packages involving multiple services, must be established within five workdays.
