Hungaryʼs Competition Office (GVH) fined Hungarian company Varosetta Kft. HUF 6.3 mln on charges of misleading advertising, Hungarian news agency MTI said today.

According to the Competition Office, Varosetta falsely attributed beneficial medical effects to its BNM magnetic resonance mattress in advertisements aired during the period of November 2012 - March 2013. GVH says there were no clinical trials substantiating the claims made by Varosetta.
