GVH fines Taxi Plus for unfair business practices
Hungary's Competition Office (GVH) on Thursday said it fined tax company Taxi Plus HUF 2m for unfair business practices.
Taxi Plus said its rates for call-in orders were the cheapest in Budapest in advertisements, a claim it could not substantiate.
The company also advertised rates "as low as HUF 150/km" without clearly indicating the rates were only for preferred customers.
