The forint was trading at 312.30 to the euro at 5.30pm on the interbank market on Thursday, softening from 312.17 late on Wednesday. The forint weakened to 274.05 to the dollar from 273.25. It was quoted at 287.19 to the Swiss franc compared to 286.48 earlier.
