Foreign investment in Bulgaria drops down

There is a decrease in the amount of the foreign investment from the beginning of the year compared to the previous one, claims in an interview for Darik radio Kamen Kolev, vice-chairman of Bulgarian Industrial Association.
He adds that only low taxes and wages cannot retain the big companies. And although foreign investor leaving Bulgarian market is something normal, the problems that the business faces in the country remain. The biggest among them are the administrative negligence, ineffective judicial system, lack of qualified labor force and still very bad infrastructure, says Kolev. On these criteria Bulgaria lags even behind countries outside the European Union. (international.ibox.bg)
