CEMP adds culture titles to media portfolio

Hungary's Central European Media & Publishing (CEMP) yesterday reported that they had acquired the media division of Hungarian book distributor and retailer Libri-Shopline.
With the current purchase, CEMP is adding a number of cultural publications, such as Port.hu and Fidelio.hu, to its existing portfolio of new business publications, which include index.hu and portfolio.hu.
CEMP said that the purchase price was "close to the book value" of the business, without disclosing any firm figure.
