S&P revises outlook on MOLʼs credit rating

Ratings

International rating agency Standard & Poorʼs Global Ratings revised the outlook on MOLʼs credit rating to positive from stable, the Hungarian oil and gas company said today, according to state news agency MTI.

At the same time S&P affirmed MOLʼs ‘BB+’ long-term corporate credit rating.

The rating agency added that the positive outlook reflects the likelihood of an upgrade if MOLʼs credit metrics continue to strengthen on the back of robust performance and positive free cash flow generation.
