Révész Holding purchases storage facility for Michelin tires

Hungary's Révész Holding Zrt. has purchased a 40,000 sqm warehouse in Nyíregyháza in north eastern Hungary, to store the finished products of its logistics partner, the nearby Michelin tire plant, according to Hungarian news agency MTI, who spoke with CEO Zsolt Székely. 

Révész bought the building for approximately HUF 2.5 bln from British firm Rubik Ventures.

The Révész group is also involved in property development and in addition to owning two hotels in Nyíregyháza, it has also recently purchased Magyar Telekom’s logistics center in Nyiregyhaza and will re-let the building to the company for 15 years.

In 2014 Révész Holding Zrt., which is owned by businessman Bálint Révész, reported a HUF 1.5 bln profit on sales revenue of HUF 21 bln, a 5% revenue increase from the previous year.
