Used homes overpriced by 13%

Used homes in Hungary were overpriced by an average 13% in Q1, meaning they were sold for 13% less than the starting price, an analysis by real estate broker Otthon Centrum shows.
The report shows that house prices went down 18.7%, where the seller first cut 8% at making the offer and the buyer bargaining for a 10.7% cut later.
Prefabricated apartments saw a 8.8% price difference, while brick homes saw 12.6%.
