CPI Hungary named Asset Management Company of the Year

CPI Hungary received the accolade of Asset Management Company of the Year 2018 at this yearʼs Real Estate Awards Gala, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal.

The company was recognized for the dynamic growth of its high-quality portfolio and value, its tenant-centered approach, as well as its sustainable solutions for development and building operations, the press release notes.

The Real Estate Awards Gala is one of the top real estate events in Hungary, with 900 attendees. Awards are granted for outstanding achievements in the real estate and construction industries, with the winners selected by acknowledged jury members, representing peers in the CEE real estate industry.

CPI Hungary is one of the leading investors and developers on the Hungarian real estate market. The company manages Luxembourg-based CPI Property Group’s Hungarian portfolio, with a total value of EUR 520 million and a total floor space of almost 315,000 square meters.

CPI Hungary noted that it pays special attention to sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions and the adoption of up-to-date and innovative technologies, as well as to the modern development of space.
