Used Apartment Square Meter Prices up y.o.y.
The price per average sqm of used apartments has increased significantly in the first nine months of the year, compared to the same period in 2021, according to Otthon Centrum, writes profitline.hu.
According to the real estate brokerage network, the price per sqm of used brick apartments in rural towns reached HUF 524,000 between January and September this year.
The highest specific price was measured in Debrecen (225 km east of Budapest), with HUF 713,000; in second place came Győr (120 km east), with HUF 658,000 per sqm, while in third place was Székesfehérvár (65 km southwest), at HUF 642,000.
In most cities with county rights, the average price per sqm was HUF 400,000-500,000.
