Residential rents growing steadily nationwide

After the low point in January, the good news for landlords is that residential rents have been growing steadily for several months nationwide, writes profitline.hu.

The end of summer has traditionally been the main season for the rental market, so the steeply higher price increase recorded in July than in the previous period is not entirely surprising.

Still, it is questionable how long the growth can last and whether pre-epidemic rents return or the market stagnates.

The long-term impact of the epidemic may be that the growth of domestic tourism in recent years will stabilize, and the turnover of traditional summer destinations will increase on an annual basis, which may further stimulate, and possibly expand the investment and rental market.
