Rents Edge up in November

According to the rent index of KSH-ingatlan.com, rents increased by 0.8% in November nationally and by 1% in the capital, writes hrportal.hu.
Among the regions outside the capital, rents in the Northern Great Plain increased by 3% In November and by 1.4% in Northern Hungary, while they stagnated in Central and Western Transdanubia, and in Southern Hungary and Southern Transdanubia, they lagged by 1.1% and 3%, respectively., from the October level.
In Budapest, except for the outer districts of Buda, rents rose in November in all district groups, and most by 1.9% in the inner precincts of Pest, although they also grew by 1-2% in the transitional and outer districts of Pest.
