Real Estate Sales Down 28% y.o.y. in October
The real estate market had its weakest month of the year so far in October, writes profitline.hu.
According to Duna House's estimate, based on its own data, 8,326 properties were sold, which is a 9% decrease compared to the previous month and a 28% decrease compared to October 2021.
Due to the increase in loan interest rates and the uncertainty caused by the energy crisis, Duna House expects a weaker last quarter.
At the same time, it indicated that the ever-shrinking customer presence nationwide is offset by the increase in investor activity.
