Real estate prices are growing faster than earnings and the trend shows that there will be no stagnation in the market before the summer, according to Zoltán Gadanecz, founding owner of GDN Real Estate Network, writes profitline.hu.

Gadanecz said that lending rates are still very low and real estate is still an excellent investment opportunity with virtually no alternative today.

The expert recalled that real estate prices have been rising across the country since 2012, and prices have started to rise sharply in the market over the past two to three years.

Many anticipated hitting a ceiling with the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic, but to his surprise, prices began to rise again and this trend has continued ever since he added.
