Real Estate Closes Strongest Month This Year in April

The Hungarian real estate market closed its strongest month of the year so far in April, listed real estate broker Duna House said this week.

Based on its own data, it estimated there were 11,200 sales, an increase of 65% year-on-year.

Among the properties sold last month in the capital and nationally (except Central Hungary) with the cooperation of Duna House, properties with a floor area of 40-60 sqm were most popular.

In Buda, most apartments were sold for HUF 900,000 to HUF 1 million per sqm, in Pest between HUF 600,000 and HUF 800,000, and nationally for less than HUF 250,000.
