Ingatlan.com turnover climbs 17% in 2021

Net revenue of property listings site Ingatlan.com rose 17% to HUF 3.8 billion last year, the business told state news wire MTI.
Turnover was boosted by a pickup on the property market, the growing number of listings as well as visitors, and stronger business in regions outside of the capital, chairman József Keleti said.
Ingatlan.com posted over 620,000 listings in 2021. Visitor numbers to the site averaged a monthly 3.7 million, up 5%.
The company raised its headcount by 6% to 120 during the year.
This year, Ingatlan.com's experts point to an "uncertain" economic outlook in light of the unfavorable consequences of the war in Ukraine and higher lending rates.
