Home rental rates in Hungary fall 5.5% in March

Home rental rates in Hungary fell 5.5% year-on-year in March, data compiled by the Central Statistical Office (KSH) based on the listings of Ingatlan.com show.
Annualized rental rates have fallen every month since last April as demand dropped because of the coronavirus crisis.
Rental rates in the capital were down 7.3%.
The monthly rental rate for an apartment in the capital averaged HUF 156,000 in the second half of last year.
